Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households in Louisiana with household income of less than $40k was 31.39%. Among all Louisiana counties, Claiborne Parish had the highest percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k (51.24%), followed by Webster Parish (50.72%), and Evangeline Parish (47.94%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k: Ascension Parish (18.18%), West Feliciana Parish (18.82%), and St. Charles Parish (19.72%).
