Among all Maryland counties, Allegany County had the highest percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k (37.87%), followed by Somerset County (34.60%), and Garrett County (33.19%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k: Howard County (9.58%), Calvert County (10.95%), and Montgomery County (11.33%).
