Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households in Minnesota with household income of less than $40k was 22.17%. Among all Minnesota counties, Aitkin County had the highest percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k (38.49%), followed by Wadena County (38.04%), and Lake of the Woods County (35.61%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k: Scott County (11.60%), Washington County (13.62%), and Carver County (13.78%).
