Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households in Ohio with household income of less than $40k was 28.86%. Among all Ohio counties, Scioto County had the highest percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k (46.57%), followed by Adams County (46.01%), and Meigs County (45.05%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k: Delaware County (13.68%), Union County (15.12%), and Warren County (15.43%).
