Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households in Pennsylvania with household income of less than $40k was 26.89%. Among all Pennsylvania counties, Forest County had the highest percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k (44.61%), followed by Cameron County (43.33%), and Fayette County (40.01%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k: Chester County (14.82%), Bucks County (16.78%), and Montgomery County (16.82%).
