Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households in Virginia with household income of less than $40k was 21.60%. Among all Virginia counties, Dickenson County had the highest percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k (56.38%), followed by Buchanan County (53.13%), and Norton city (52.86%).
On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k: Falls Church city (6.87%), Loudoun County (7.47%), and Fairfax County (8.55%).
