Among all California counties, Modoc County had the highest percentage of Two Or More Races households with household income of less than $40k (89.34%), followed by Mendocino County (55.55%), and Del Norte County (53.28%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of Two Or More Races households with household income of less than $40k: Sierra County (0.00%), Alpine County (7.32%), and Santa Clara County (14.23%).
