Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of Two Or More Races households in New York with household income of less than $40k was 31.83%. Among all New York counties, Franklin County had the highest percentage of Two Or More Races households with household income of less than $40k (66.12%), followed by Seneca County (64.18%), and Broome County (59.28%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of Two Or More Races households with household income of less than $40k: Greene County (9.76%), Putnam County (12.22%), and Nassau County (12.68%).
