Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of White Alone households in New Jersey with household income of less than $40k was 20.10%. Among all New Jersey counties, Cumberland County had the highest percentage of White Alone households with household income of less than $40k (31.03%), followed by Hudson County (26.09%), and Ocean County (25.72%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of White Alone households with household income of less than $40k: Morris County (13.43%), Hunterdon County (13.71%), and Somerset County (14.57%).
