Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of White Alone households in Ohio with household income of less than $40k was 29.06%. Among all Ohio counties, Scioto County had the highest percentage of White Alone households with household income of less than $40k (46.35%), followed by Adams County (45.92%), and Meigs County (44.90%).
On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of White Alone households with household income of less than $40k: Delaware County (13.88%), Union County (15.05%), and Warren County (15.41%).
