Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of White Alone households in Utah with household income of less than $40k was 20.65%. Among all Utah counties, Piute County had the highest percentage of White Alone households with household income of less than $40k (55.47%), followed by Garfield County (41.91%), and Daggett County (40.42%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of White Alone households with household income of less than $40k: Morgan County (7.78%), Summit County (14.52%), and Wasatch County (14.79%).
