Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of households in California with household income of $200k - and over was 15.11%. Among all California counties, Santa Clara County had the highest percentage of households with household income of $200k - and over (33.86%), followed by San Mateo County (33.33%), and Marin County (32.13%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of households with household income of $200k - and over: Modoc County (2.46%), Siskiyou County (2.73%), and Lassen County (3.13%).
