Among all Minnesota counties, Carver County had the highest percentage of households with household income of $200k - and over (18.92%), followed by Scott County (17.89%), and Washington County (16.91%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of households with household income of $200k - and over: Mahnomen County (1.83%), Red Lake County (2.12%), and Clearwater County (2.46%).
