Among all Illinois counties, Edgar County had the highest percentage of households with household income of $40k - $49k (14.28%), followed by Schuyler County (13.34%), and Alexander County (13.03%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of households with household income of $40k - $49k: Kendall County (5.37%), Lake County (5.66%), and Pulaski County (5.71%).
