Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group in New Mexico was 11.8%. Among all New Mexico counties, the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest poverty rate in Luna County (24.95%), followed by Sierra County (22.59%), and Catron County (21.54%). On the other hand, the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the lowest poverty rate in the following 3 counties: Los Alamos County (3.85%), Sandoval County (4.97%), and Harding County (8.02%).
