Among all Pennsylvania counties, the Two Or More Races racial group had the highest poverty rate in Cameron County (44.2%), followed by Fulton County (42.47%), and Blair County (39.27%). On the other hand, the Two Or More Races racial group had the lowest poverty rate in the following 3 counties: Forest County (1.86%), Warren County (6.56%), and Montour County (7.04%).
