Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for the White Alone racial group in South Carolina was 10.35%. Among all South Carolina counties, the White Alone racial group had the highest poverty rate in Marlboro County (26.77%), followed by Dillon County (25.3%), and Union County (19.77%).
