Among all US states and DC, Maryland had the highest percentage of households with household income of $150k - $199k (11.48%), followed by Hawaii (11.27%), and Massachusetts (11.05%). On the other hand, the following 3 states had low percentages of households with household income of $150k - $199k: West Virginia (4.49%), Mississippi (4.56%), and Arkansas (4.72%).
