Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for the Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group in the United States was 17.71%. Among all US states and DC, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the highest poverty rate in Alabama (27.79%), followed by Pennsylvania (25.25%), and Mississippi (25.07%). On the other hand, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the lowest poverty rate in the following 3 states: Alaska (10.01%), District of Columbia (11.59%), and Hawaii (12.25%).
