Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 473 of Blue Ridge CDP, AZ households, there were 38 households (8.03%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 32 households (6.77%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.

On the other hand, there were 101 households (21.35%) that had a household income that fell in the Less $40K category, and there were 22 households (4.65%) that had a household income that fell in the $40K - Less $50K category.
