Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 6,812 of New River CDP, AZ households, there were 971 households (14.25%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 1,013 households (14.87%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.

On the other hand, there were 653 households (9.59%) that had a household income that fell in the Less $40K category, and there were 233 households (3.42%) that had a household income that fell in the $40K - Less $50K category.
