Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 648 of Spring Valley CDP, AZ households, there were 27 households (4.17%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 17 households (2.62%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.
