Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 7,163 of St. Simons CDP, GA households, there were 997 households (13.92%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 979 households (13.67%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.
