Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 213,560 of Kansas City city, MO households, there were 12,567 households (5.89%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 13,703 households (6.42%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.
