Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 134 of Sunshine CDP, NM households, there were 10 households (7.46%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category, and there were 28 households (20.90%) that had a household income that fell in the $125K - Less $150K category.

On the other hand, there were 61 households (45.52%) that had a household income that fell in the Less $40K category, and there were 12 households (8.96%) that had a household income that fell in the $40K - Less $50K category.
