Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 4,017 of Oak Hills CDP, OR households, there were 791 households (19.69%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 727 households (18.10%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.

On the other hand, there were 581 households (14.46%) that had a household income that fell in the Less $40K category, and there were 193 households (4.81%) that had a household income that fell in the $40K - Less $50K category.
