Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 837 of Fannett CDP, TX households, there were 36 households (4.30%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 40 households (4.78%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.
