Pennsylvania Household Income Distribution in 2021 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 5,147,783 households, there were 431,061 households (8.37%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 380,936 households (7.40%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.

On the other hand, there were 1,540,358 households (29.92%) that had a household income that fell in the Less $40K category, and there were 390,687 households (7.59%) that had a household income that fell in the $40K - Less $50K category.

The chart below shows a subset of the percentages of households for the different household income categories. The table below shows both the number and percentages for many more household income categories.
