Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of Hispanic or Latino of All Races households in Oklahoma with household income of Less than $40K was 39.39%. Among all Oklahoma counties, Kiowa County had the highest percentage of Hispanic or Latino of All Races households with household income of Less than $40K (86.53%), followed by Noble County (82.65%), and Haskell County (81.71%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of Hispanic or Latino of All Races households with household income of Less than $40K: Rogers County (21.96%), Murray County (22.86%), and Beaver County (23.00%).
