Among all Oregon counties, Harney County had the highest percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of Less than $40K (49.20%), followed by Malheur County (45.81%), and Lake County (42.90%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of Less than $40K: Washington County (18.28%), Clackamas County (20.22%), and Hood River County (21.53%).
