Among all Oregon counties, Harney County had the highest percentage of White Alone households with household income of Less than $40K (48.28%), followed by Lake County (43.36%), and Malheur County (42.99%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of White Alone households with household income of Less than $40K: Washington County (18.84%), Clackamas County (20.37%), and Hood River County (21.02%).
