Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group in Ohio was 10.3%. Among all Ohio cities and places with a population of at least 10K, the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest poverty rate in Athens city (43.19%), followed by Oxford city (41.38%), and East Cleveland city (34.68%). On the other hand, the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the lowest poverty rate in the following 3 cities: Broadview Heights city (0.74%), Montgomery city (1.32%), and Powell city (1.58%).
