Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group in Rhode Island was 7.58%. Among all Rhode Island cities and places with a population of at least 10K, the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest poverty rate in Central Falls city (29.12%), followed by Woonsocket city (15.29%), and Providence city (13.55%).
