According to the data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for Alaska in 2003 Q1 was $707. Among all Alaska counties, North Slope Borough had the highest average weekly wage ($1,355), followed by Denali Borough ($860), and Valdez-Cordova ($825). On the other hand, Lake and Peninsula Borough had the lowest average weekly wage ($380), followed by Haines Borough ($483), and Bethel Borough ($515).
