According to the data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for Alaska in 2003 Q3 was $730. Among all Alaska counties, North Slope Borough had the highest average weekly wage ($1,275), followed by Aleutians West Borough ($829), and Anchorage Borough ($775). On the other hand, Haines Borough had the lowest average weekly wage ($509), followed by Bethel Borough ($539), and Denali Borough ($557).
