According to the data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for California in 2005 Q4 was $945. Among all California counties, Santa Clara County had the highest average weekly wage ($1,494), followed by San Francisco County ($1,376), and San Mateo County ($1,365). On the other hand, Alpine County had the lowest average weekly wage ($482), followed by Modoc County ($516), and Mariposa County ($519).
