Among all Virginia counties, Arlington County had the highest average weekly wage ($1,139), followed by Fairfax County ($1,096), and Surry County ($1,071). On the other hand, Highland County had the lowest average weekly wage ($358), followed by Mathews County ($375), and Westmoreland County ($387).
