According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2004 Q4, the average weekly wage for Maine was $660. Among all Maine counties, Cumberland County had the highest average weekly wage ($767), followed by Sagadahoc County ($717), and Kennebec County ($648).
On the other hand, Washington County had the lowest average weekly wage ($499), followed by Piscataquis County ($502), and Aroostook County ($526).
