According to recent data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July 2003, the United States not seasonally adjusted Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers (CPI-U): Baltimore-Columbia-Towson, MD was 176.5 and the 12-month percent change (inflation rate) was 3.6%.   2. Motor fuel: 6.1%
