According to data from the US BLS, in March 2022, the United States Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers (CPI-U): Urban Hawaii was 312.158 and the 12-month percent change (inflation rate) was 9.4%% (not seasonally adjusted). The Motor fuel item had the highest 12-month percent change or inflation rate (38.9%), followed by Household energy (25.3%), and New and used motor vehicles (17.7%).
