United States Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) and Inflation Rate: West South Central in September 2020 (Not Seas Adj.)

According to recent data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September 2020, the United States not seasonally adjusted Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers (CPI-U): West South Central was 103.606 and the 12-month percent change (inflation rate) was 0.6%. The following item categories had the highest not seasonally adjusted 12-month percent change in CPI-U:

  1. Food away from home: 2.6%
  2. Household energy: 2.2%
  3. New and used motor vehicles: 2.2%
