According to the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2011, the median weekly earnings (not seasonally adjusted) of full-time workers aged 16 years and above in the United States for fishers and related fishing workers, was $566; median weekly earnings of male fishers and related fishing workers was $570, and that of females in the same occupation was $300.
