According to the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2019, the median weekly earnings (not seasonally adjusted) of full-time workers aged 16 years and above in the United States for software developers, applications and systems software, was $1,894; median weekly earnings of male software developers, applications and systems software was $1,920, and that of females in the same occupation was $1,718.
