According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Accommodation and Food Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2005:

  1. Maine: 8,400
  2. Massachusetts: 4,400
  3. South Carolina: 4,300

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Accommodation and Food Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2005:

  1. Florida: -16,300
  2. Georgia: -7,700
