According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Arts, Entertainment, and Recreation industry (not seasonally adjusted) in February, 2007:

  1. Florida: 3,700
  2. California: 3,300
  3. New York: 2,400

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Arts, Entertainment, and Recreation industry (not seasonally adjusted) in February, 2007:

  1. Maryland: -1,500
  2. Louisiana: -500
