According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Construction industry (not seasonally adjusted) in February, 2017:

  1. California: 14,600
  2. Florida: 6,500
  3. North Carolina: 3,700

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Construction industry (not seasonally adjusted) in February, 2017:

  1. Massachusetts: -2,800
  2. New York: -1,700
  3. Michigan: -1,500
