  1. California: 15,600
  2. New York: 14,700
  3. Ohio: 10,900

On the other hand, the 3 U.S. states that added the lowest not seasonally adjusted number of jobs to the Construction industry in April, 2018 were:

  1. Louisiana: -1,400
  2. Oklahoma: 200
  3. Alabama: 400
