According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Construction industry (not seasonally adjusted) in December, 2018:

  1. Georgia: 1,500
  2. Arizona: 1,100
  3. Florida: 1,000

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Construction industry (not seasonally adjusted) in December, 2018:

  1. Illinois: -10,000
  2. New York: -8,600
  3. Ohio: -8,500
