According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Construction industry (not seasonally adjusted) in October, 2019:

  1. Florida: 3,300
  2. Louisiana: 2,200
  3. Arizona: 1,800

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Construction industry (not seasonally adjusted) in October, 2019:

  1. New York: -2,400
  2. Minnesota: -2,300
  3. Illinois: -1,400
