According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Construction industry (not seasonally adjusted) in September, 2020:

  1. Louisiana: 2,700
  2. Georgia: 700
  3. Kentucky: 600

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Construction industry (not seasonally adjusted) in September, 2020:

  1. California: -5,100
  2. Minnesota: -3,300
  3. Iowa: -3,300
